Scope
A retail FX exchange fit-out on Sherbrooke. The lease required the tenant to be open every weekday, so the schedule was structured as a 14-night build with daytime trades sequenced into the back-of-house only.

After-hours commercial work means dust containment, security walkthroughs at lock-up, and a much shorter trade window each shift. We planned the schedule around the tenant's payroll calendar.
