Compact downtown condo refresh — kitchen reconfiguration and finish updates within the Ritz building's quiet-hours rules.
Scope
A finish-grade condo project inside the Ritz residences in downtown Montreal. The work was constrained by the building's strict quiet-hours schedule (no impact work before 9am or after 5pm, no work weekends) and by a single freight elevator booked in 2-hour windows.
Highlights
- Reconfigured kitchen with full-height integrated panels
- Quartz countertops, undermount sink, brass tapware
- New millwork along the living-room wall
- Acoustic underlay under the new flooring per condo bylaws
- Full coordination with property management on certificate of insurance, elevator pads, and trade booking
Notes
This kind of building rewards a contractor who knows the documentation: certificates, riders, and floor protection plans get inspected before the first tile lands. We pre-staged every approval before site start.
