A full home renovation in Hampstead — open-plan main floor, custom kitchen, primary suite expansion, and full-house finishes.
Scope
Whole-house transformation of a 1960s Hampstead detached home. We opened the main floor by removing a load-bearing wall (engineered beam in its place), redesigned the kitchen around a 12-foot island, and rebuilt the primary suite with a walk-in closet and ensuite.
Highlights
- Engineered structural beam to open the main floor
- Custom flat-panel cabinetry with a quartz waterfall counter
- 7.5" engineered French oak hardwood throughout the main floor
- Marble-look porcelain in the primary ensuite
- Permits and architect coordination handled in-house
Notes for prospective clients
Hampstead permits and design rules are unusually strict — a typical full renovation here can be delayed weeks by a single drawing revision. We've worked in the borough before, and lead time on this project was accelerated as a result.
